Should you need to return your IMIM Skincare product, please follow the instructions below:

Step One: Ensure your product is eligible to be returned.

• Only items purchased from imimskincare.com can be returned to imimskincare.com. Items purchased in an Authorized IMIM Skincare Professional’s office, or elsewhere, must be returned to their original point of purchase.
• Product returns and/or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Expired products are ineligible for return.
• Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple return/refund requests.
